  • Walls spot cleaned

  • Skirtings, sills, and window ledges wiped

  • Light switches, door handles and power points cleaned

  • Ceiling fans dusted and reachable cobwebs removed

  • Internal windows, sills and tracks cleaned

  • Wardrobes (inside and out)

  • Hallways included in standard clean (walls, skirtings, floors, cobwebs, etc.)

  • Aircon vents and filters (on request)

  • Floor vacuumed and mopped

Kitchen

  • Oven interior and trays (deep degreased)

  • Stovetop, rangehood and filters

  • Microwave (if applicable)

  • Sink, tapware and drain area cleaned

  • Cupboards (inside and out)

  • Benchtops, splashbacks and tiled surfaces wiped

  • Floor vacuumed and mopped

Bathrooms

  • Shower, screen, tiles and grout cleaned

Fixed Bond Packages (based on property size)

  • Studio / 1 Bed, 1 Bath — $350

  • 2 Bed, 1 Bath — $450

  • 3 Bed, 2 Bath — $550

  • 4 Bed, 2+ Bath (or larger) — $750+
